I love the Tramontina Professional series—it offers the best price-to-quality ratio of any brand I've used. The knife is sharp, durable, and has a thick, comfortable handle that feels great in hand.
Delivery to Tallinn took about a week, which wasn't an issue for me. Just keep that in mind if you need a knife quickly.
Sturdy metal, very cold handle, nice round design, top lid is a bit hot.
